Ecosfera Hotel

I had a pleasant stay here. Prime location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Best value as well. I keep extending my stay and didn't want to leave.

When we arrived to check in, the room was the highest level they have, bigger room than other like what we expected but no water instead, we cannot shower, toilet, they ask to use spa area then we took shower there, their spa condition also dark and dirty, so we went to our room after shower in the spa, but then it's not convenient for us if no water in the room, also bed sheet and kelambu so dirty full of stain and mold, the room is not soundproof, I can still hear party until 3 am in the morning, I cannot sleep, in the morning we ask to change room but cannot, all full. How can we stay in the same room but cannot use the bathroom? So I just check out and complain to the receptionist and my money has gone with the wind, this is the expensive night for such a dirty place. I want them to refund but they said cannot, such a disappointment.

The hotel staff were nice and friendly. But they have very unstable internet which causes lot of trouble, I need to switch between mobile and wifi. Everything else was good.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was already late. We hope the last hotel in Bali will be good. Just when I found the parking problem. (Because Canggu is more likely to bring motorbikes.) And the hotel staff simply said, "Yeah, just find a parking spot." But they didn't help us at all to unload our suitcases and so on. When I entered the room, the room smelled musty and very old school. It seems that the room has not been opened for a long time or is indeed humid because if you look at the hotel it says it is full. But it's indeed a family and I see the type of tourists who stay with mostly couples. The room is quite big, really, for the price of 400 thousand, the bathroom is also big, only in the bathtub there are lots of ants in the afternoon. Then, lots of other animals. The glass in our bathroom is so afraid to open it too. But when I saw the TV, it was already a smart TV. Wow, it's not bad after 2 hotels can't enjoy good TV shows. When I tried turning it on, it didn't connect to the internet to the TV, and I've tried going to the receptionist, I've tried restarting it, still can't. The first day really didn't watch anything. The 2nd day, the hotel manager came. He's a foreigner. He's the one checking in while we go out. When I came back, uh, it still didn't turn on. But we were given a free breakfast bonus for 3 people, in exchange for the TV not turning on. The location is really good. Just before La Brisa Beach Club, close to the beach. Only this hotel needs a lot of renovations to stay comfortable.
