My experience was generally okay. However, the cups in my room smelled like cigarettes and the kettle wasn't clean. In addition to that, the parking area was horrible, I and my family couldn't go to B3 parking area from the lobby because the elevators were somehow set to be able to go only to GF, which was strange considering there were no other elevators to access parking area. We ended up using the stairs to go from GF to B3. It would be acceptable if it was a 3-star hotel, but this is a 4-star hotel and the room wasn't cheap.

Swalnya menyangka hotel ini tidak sebesar itu, ternyata lobinya pun besar sehingga harus hati2 menjaga anak yang kesana kemari. Kami dapat kamar di lantai 2 dg sofa panjang yang nyaman. Mungkin kalian yang perlu sofa seperti kami bisa request. Hanya saja untuk connecting room, ruangan yang satunya nggak ada sofa panjang. Fasilitas semuanya oke, hairdryer juga baik, hanya saja shower roomnya kecil sekali. Selebihnya oke. Untuk sarapan, anak saya yang usia 5,5 tahun kena charge tambahan 75rb. Untuk makanannya cukup variatif, tapi tastenya nggak sesepsial itu. Cukup enak, gitu aja. Kami memilih hotel ini karena memang saya suka sekali dengan Braga. Cukup jalan sedikit aja udah sampe ke Braga. Mungkin lain kali akan menginap di sini lagi karena kami belum mencoba fasilitas lain, termasuk kolam renang. Kemarin hanya benar-benar tidur, sarapan, dan check out aja.

Ini yang kedua kalinya saya menginap disini, bersih dan nyaman dan makananny juga enak. Tapi 1 yang mungkin bisa jadi pertimbangan, untuk toilet (wc) bisa diganti karna agak kurang nyaman saat dipakai.
