Kamarnya luas banget! Pas untuk mamah saya yang bawa kursi roda dan harus menempatkan kursi toilet portable di samping tempat tidur. Karena bulan puasa, sarapan dikirimkan ke kamar (ala carte) dan menu-nya lengkap (main course, dessert-nya buah, minuman panas dan minuman jus dingin). Dari parkiran ke lobby sangat memadai untuk yang menggunakan kursi roda karena tidak ada tangga sama sekali. Harganya kamar worth it banget untuk 3 orang. Persis di samping hotel ada Alfamart sehingga sangat nyaman bila membutuhkan sesuatu untuk dibeli.

Last New Year's Eve, I stayed here for 2 nights and it was really fun and comfortable. The breakfast area and swimming pool are separate from the hotel, not far away, but it's also fun to walk around and see the surrounding scenery while breathing in the fresh morning air. The hotel is close to Jatim Park 1, Museum Angkut, Bukit Bintang, it's really worth it. I even want to come back again 😭❤️❤️❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time staying at el hotel, easy to reach, located on the main road of Malang - Batu. The service was good, we were allowed to check in even though it took less than 30 minutes for check in. The room atmosphere was good, but the bed size was too narrow, please replace it with a wider one. For cleanliness, all areas of the hotel were good, the bathroom and hotel room were quite clean.

The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful with the check-in process and luggage lifting, the vibe is calm, the cleanliness is maintained, plus the swimming pool view is nice, aesthetic. The location of this hotel is very strategic on the edge of the national road with a price of around 300k per room, it is really worth it
