I actually stayed here because it was close to Santosa Hospital, but the room was really comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as I had to go back and forth between hospitals and ask for elevator access. Thank you so much 🙏

just stayed here for the first time, take the suite that has a living room so if there are guests, they can sit in the living room (room 501), there is a bathtub, the children love it, strategically close to bandung station but you have to take a vehicle, all the staff are nice and friendly, especially mba2 fo is very nice CI should be at 2 o'clock so we can go into the room at 1 o'clock because at that time my body is not feeling well after a long journey and I want to throw up, my mom is quick to offer freshcare and help me check in right away, then the food is good even though the chicken is every day for 3 days but the seasoning is medok and not annoying, every menu has distinctive and very tasty, maybe because the chef is also from masterchef. I highly recommend this hotel even though it is 3 stars but the quality is 5 stars. Next two months I will be here. Oya, there are many culinary along the road and there is also an Alfamart just down the road, so the location of this hotel is very strategic. want to go to baraga citywalk or cihampelas walk nearby, want to go to the satay store also nearby.

Since I only stayed for a short time, I can't comment much. The staff was nice (friendly), the location was close to the station and the city center, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was adequate, though there was a shortage of soap. I can't comment on the food because I had to catch a 6 a.m. train to Jakarta, so I didn't have time to eat. Overall, it was good.

The hotel is strategically located near the station, market, and Paskal Hypersquare. The staff are friendly and nice, but the room is very dirty. The floor has dust and hair, the bedsheets have dirt spots, the sofa is very dirty, the bathroom sink does not have hand soap and tissue (only toothbrush and toothpaste), parking is very limited but the security can help with valet.

Dirty, starting from the sofa, the mattress, the worst is the bedsheets are really dirty with lots of stains, the towels too, the water heater is not hot and uses a timer, this is really annoying because the door handle is hard to open

Good service, good service, but dirty, the bedsheets have lots of stains, I asked for cleaning but they didn't change them, the toilet smells a bit, the room is spacious but that's probably because it's an old hotel, well, it's according to the price.

Many of the amenities need to be replaced, and the towels are also worn out. The hotel is quite comfortable for transit, with easy access to nearby places, and the plus side is that the rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not spacious enough, but security guards always help, and the bathroom toilets are slippery, likely due to the poor quality of the soap used.
