Jujur, pelayanannya bagus banget, tapi sayang saya dapat handuk cuma 1, bau dan robek robek. Seperti tidak layak untuk dipakai. Dufet, sheet dan pillow case juga berlubang, AC nya dingin but verry noisy. Tidak ada tea or coffee. Breakfast overall oke, pelayanan fnb juga oke. Cuma bubur kacangnya tawar. Front office ramah, harus selalu ya karena ujung tombaknya sebuah hotel. Tolong tingkatkan untuk kenyamanan apalagi utilities di kamar. Linen, towel tolong diperhatikan, biar makin rame hotelnya.
