Senior female receptionist was very cold, not friendly, but the other staff were OK enough, location far enough from the city, room was good and clean, bed comfortable, aircon good, lighting good, bathroom good, pitty no breakfast, parking for motorcycles was a little trouble because hotel has no parking area of it's own.

Quite close to the Hypermart within walking distance away! But the parking was horrible especially in the morning! It is closed by 10 pm and will only be opened back by 10 am! Need to do some improvement on this issue!

Thank you for your time to giving your rate for us , I can see you did not have your best experience in parking operation tiime.
At this point please accept my true apologies for the negatives you experienced. Usually, they close the entering gate by 24.00 midnight time but they open the gate from the exit way. They start to open the entering gate again by 09.00 am. We did communicate with the parking company in regard of this.
Hope I will have a chance to talk to you directly on your future stay to recover bad image and show you
improvement done base on your feedback .
