I've actually stayed at this Fave Hotel several times, but this time it was quite disappointing because I requested a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for a change, but was still given a room on the same floor (6th floor), just a few rooms away because the room was full, even though I had booked it well in advance. As soon as I got out of the elevator, I immediately smelled cigarette smoke, I who really can't stand the smell of cigarettes ended up sleeping with a mask, it was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not very clean, but the food and service from the hotel staff were still okay.

The room and bathroom were clean and the hot water was also running well. However, when I stayed there, there were several power outages so the elevator was out and we had to use the emergency stairs from the 6th floor to the ground floor with my parents, poor mother was out of breath and tired going down the stairs. Hopefully this incident will not happen again, it would be better if the technicians were more prepared to turn on the building's generator. For security, it was not always on standby so when entering and exiting the hotel because it is close to the main road and the flow of vehicles is quite busy, it was a bit difficult to enter and exit the hotel because there was no direction. I've actually stayed at this Fave Hotel several times, but this time it was quite disappointing because I requested a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for a change, but was still given a room on the same floor (6th floor), just a few rooms away because the room was full, even though I had booked it well in advance. As soon as I got out of the elevator, I immediately smelled cigarette smoke, I who really can't stand the smell of cigarettes ended up sleeping with a mask, it was really uncomfortable. However, when I stayed there, there were several power outages so the elevator was out and we had to use the emergency stairs from the 6th floor to the ground floor with my parents, poor mother was out of breath and tired going down the stairs. Hopefully this incident will not happen again, it would be better if the technicians were more prepared to turn on the building's generator. For security, it was not always on standby so when entering and exiting the hotel because it is close to the main road and the flow of vehicles is quite busy, it was a bit difficult to enter and exit the hotel because there was no direction.
