Tolong diperbaiki fasilitas kamarnya. Harganya cukup mahal, tapi kasurnya sakit. Kasurnya sakit banget, pernya pada keluar. Badan pada sakit. Udah gitu, banyak binatang tumbila di kasur, pada gatal.

The bed was rickety, the sheets and pillows had lots of spots, the point is the room photos in the application are very different from reality.

Towels are not provided, foot mats, drinking water, pillowcases smell like they haven't been changed in color, there are also yellow islands on the pillowcases, for the rooms according to the photos, that's all.

The mattress should have started to be replaced, there are lots of small animals I don't know what, add a trash can, the lights aren't bright enough sorry it looks like a lot needs to be replaced, thank you.

As usual, the hotel is dirty and dark. Lack of cleanliness, the sheets and pillowcases are also dirty.

The hotel is very dirty, in the hotel hallway there are lots of used beer bottles and dirty rags scattered around. The sheets were dirty, there were red spots whether blood or something, the room was smelly and damp, the furniture was moldy which was black and it was very clear black, I booked for 2 nights but when I first entered I couldn't get it, finally it was only 5 minutes and I immediately checked out and changed hotels. Plus, maybe the staff is friendly.
