My wife and I stayed 3 nights in the hotel along with our son and daughter-in-law who were married outside of Manado and held the reception at 4 points.
It was a very enjoyable stay - the facilities were outstanding and the staff were just wonderful, nothing was a bother to them - we felt very welcome and will stay again on our next visit to Manado.

Four Points offers a prime downtown location with so many local attractions nearby. We had our room with stunning ocean views. The hotel is clean with extensive breakfast buffet choices—a real standout feature of this hotel 👍🏻

We asked for room upgrade and all 3 rooms to be on the same level, it was a super busy weekend with full occupancy but hey we got it!

Good only for the location. The hotel itself does not live up to the Marriott Bonvoy standards. Staff were unkind (at the reception, restaurant). Food variety and taste was so bad. The people stationed at the egg corner and pancake station mostly did not know what they were doing. Batter was raw, egg was so plain.

LOOOOVE the breakfast. They offer a lot of varieties. There's also tinutuan/manado porridge if you're feeling adventurous and wanted to try one. Make sure you get the sea view room, it offers the view of Manadotua and Bunaken Island. Parking lot is a bit small. Plus point: connected to manado town square. Gym was so so, not really complete but im not going to complain. This is my 2nd stay and i think i wont be able to move to another hotel ever again if i visit manado
