Really love the kindness of all the staff. The facility was great, breakfast also great. The room was awesome and clean. It's also Spacious, all the decoration was good. Definitely will come back again

The location is very near to everywhere, the hotel is not new but the maintenance is excellent, maybe add a light on the room will be great. Breakfast is variative & the staff is so friendly the outdoor is so good & well maintain as well. Will be back for sure:)

Golden Palace Hotel Lombok was wonderful. The staff is so attentive and their customer service is excellent. I stayed here for a work but would gladly come back to this resort in the future. The spa was also wonderful.
