The view is really good for the ocean view type, the restaurant is delicious, healthy, the breakfast buffet is great. From receptionist to housekeeper friendly, kind. Basically the best. Especially the view from the sky pool

Arriving at the lobby there is a free welcome drink. The room is spacious, clean, the internet wifi signal is strong, the breakfast is quite diverse and quite tasty. View of the first room, open the curtains, it only looks like a dark hallway. The view in the 2nd room has an outside view, so fresh air can enter the room. The most TOP is the swimming pool, the view is really beautiful. Especially at sunset. Very good and friendly service.

The rooms are very spacious, the staff are all friendly too. Best service. Nice stay at this hotel. There are lots of breakfast menus and everything is delicious. There are only a few things that need attention, the air conditioner in my room is not cold enough, maybe because of the old type of air conditioner, maybe. I don't know if it's in another room and for the smell, especially in the bathroom, it's better to add fragrance. So no bad smell. But overall everything is okay. It's even more improved. Hopefully more success for the Golden Tulip Belitung Hotel.

Fast, good service, for shampoo & soap please write. For the toilet, please update it, add water pressure. Please provide a toilet mat so it's not slippery. Waiters are nice and friendly, beautiful view.
