Grand Hyatt Bali

Great location and beautiful property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good spread at the buffet breakfast; head to the Garden Cafe for a more international spread. The property is huge, so expect a 10-12 min walk between the zones, especially if your rooms are in different locations.

Property is beautiful. Staff was great for the most part. Salsa Verde needs some improvement. Went into the restaurant on the day we checked in at 8:40. Was sat at a dirty table that had crumbs and sauce in the table, no silverware, glassware or napkins. We got up and changed tables to a clean one that was set. They never brought us bread (didn’t know they offered bread until the second time we ate there). As the server dropped out appetizers at 9:10 she asked if she could bring our entree right now because the kitchen closed in 20 minutes. I had to explain that I would like to eat my appetizers 1st and then she can bring our entree right before the kitchen closed. Not a good dining experience. The pool was super family friendly and the staff was great. We were served a rotten coconut and they immediately replaced it and apologized. Rooms were nice and spacious. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was helpful. The lobby bar was fantastic for end of night drink, coffee and desert. Sports bar was nice. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with great food and friendly attentive staff. Beach area was clean and well kept. All around great except Salsa Verde which was just ok service the second time we went (but much better than the 1st night). All around I would come back.

Amazing staff, great service, beautiful property and memorable stay

The place is fantastic. Very much next to beach . Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I am a sports fan. Very surprised unable to watch World Cup football. It was totally unexpected for me to not have sports channels. I didn’t face this before in any five star hotel.

We arrived late and was welcomed with fresh beverage The grounds looked as beautiful at night as it does during the day The grounds are kept very clean The room was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids We had an ocean view room with a balcony which we loved The breakfast buffet was great and the pool a lovely. Staff always had a smile on their face. Worth every penny and would definitely go back - tip Bali collection is opposite the lobby, the first day maps took us around the world to get there

The Grand Hyatt was both incredibly beautiful and quiet & peaceful. Staff were amazing, always happy and helpful, they went above & beyond. Breakfast was so beautiful, to eat surrounded by such incredible beauty, the fish ponds were teaming with fish and water birds, just breathtaking. A big thank you to Niko Pandeani for her excellent guest service, to the house keeping staff who made beautiful towel sculptures for us each day and kept our room spotless. A big thank you to the staff at the Club members pool, who made our holiday so special. We have traveled the world and stayed in many many 5 star resorts, but Grand Hyatt Bali, you take the prize as the best most beautiful and peaceful I have ever stayed. I highly recommend taking the club room, the food for breakfast and in the evening is fabulous and it’s a quieter part of the resort. The beach has stunning aqua blue water that’s clean and white sandy beach. I will be back Grand Hyatt, your resort is already in our hearts forever 🙏

Beautiful luxurious feel. Our first time in Nusa Dua and definitely felt the difference from Kuta/Legian area!

I love the breakfast, they had 4 restaurant to choose from. They had lots of fruits compare to Hilton Bali. My kids was disappointed about the slide because they didn’t have enough floating device in order for them to slide so I would suggest for guest to bring it because they didn’t have enough. The Japanese restaurant is really good and we ate there twice!! Overall we would go back!! We also love the sofa on the side, they turn it to bed for us and it was very comfortable.

Amazing holiday Beautiful food from every restaurant onsite, very helpful and friendly staff especially Nadia in the pool bar all the staff at Salsa Verde and the Water Court Loved the pools and enjoyed hiring surfboards to use at the beach 50 metres from the hotel and the kids managed to catch a few small waves Thank you

OK, never made it here can’t say anything about the resort itself. We were stuck in a horrible place in Ubud. Decided I’d pay for a 2nd hotel to salvage the last couple nights in Bali. Within a few hours Our plans changed and had to fly out early due to a child in the hospital. Contacted Expedia where I booked it, they said non-refundable, but they’d work on getting one anyway. My assumption was they would cancel, that was my point in contacting them. The hotel messaged me while I was on a 15 hour flight asking where we were. I messaged back after landing to explain and they said too late and charged full price for the rooms. They aren’t flexible and there doesn’t seem to be communication between them and Experian.

Restaurant had good service and food

They should not charge for the squash courts. No one was using them. You would expect it to be included like other resorts. The kids club isn't as good as other hotels. Besides the above, everything else was great. Staff were excellent.

Nothing bad to say. We'd stay there again, hands down.

The property is immaculately maintained, there is an abundance of restaurants on offer and their buffet style breakfast was well serviced by staff. My wife and I had two relaxing days strolling along the beach and pathways as well as relaxing by the pool. The tariff was very affordable and value for money. Expedia's communication with the resort made it an effortless check-in.

Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Aryana the housekeeper. He took care of all our needs. The location is amazing
