Satisfied: Location close to the city center, many food choices (restaurants / cafes) around the hotel, swimming pool is ok my child is happy, a large parking area. Looks like it needs a lot of gradual repairs from the side: 1. Building Maintance (the paint has begun to peel, the flush closed button is broken, there are tiles going off, the door of the room looks dirty and needs to be repainted, the tv remote doesn't work all, the lights in the hallway turn off). 2. Please improve the cleanliness (floor, glass, bed linen, cobwebs and dust especially behind the TV). 3. Staff hospitality needs to be improved. 4. The telephone cannot be contacted, so we need to be nice to the hotel when there are items we left behind without being able to call first. The reason line is being interrupted. It should be a very good accommodation if you pay attention to the input that has been received, keep in mind that the position is very strategic and the demand is also not small. Thank you, we really hope there will be changes and improvements for the better. Always success for Grand Lifestyle Hotel :)

Actually the rooms are good and clean, wifi is also good, TV is clear, but it's a pity that the area isn't like that. And room 122 warm water doesn't work, it's a shame.

I am satisfied with the room and the AC as well as the television, from room 102, only very disappointed with the sink water and shower water because the shower came out very little. Fortunately, the water from the lavatory faucet is quite hard to get out so that if you take a shower it is helped from the lavatory faucet.

There were stains on the pillow and bed linen, asked to change the bed linen and told to change rooms, the second room was OK, but the standard of cleanliness was still the standard of a hostel not a hotel. There is no hot water, toiletries are not there, the towels do not have the standard blue hotel mat, the AC is not cold, just change the name to a guesthouse. The employees don't have any soup, the key is broken and we have to replace the room back and forth instead of being delivered to the key, the food is ok, not the standard of the hotel still, the glass is dusty. Don't stay here, not recommend. Hotels at this price are already much better.

An unpleasant experience staying overnight in this hotel. looks outside the hotel looks magnificent, but very poorly maintained. Rustic hotel lobby, Poorly maintained parking, rubbish in the yard scattered about nobody cares. staff who seem to work improvised. into the room, the smell of paint is very sharp. There are no windows so stuffy. AC is also not cold. Mineral water is not available. towels are not provided, so we must first say to fo. A very worn blue towel, with a small size, is not enough to wrap around an adult's body. Linen is also very rough with a faded white color. It is unfortunate, hotels of this size are left untreated and management does not take any action. Luckily I only stayed overnight in this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for other prospective guests. This hotel needs serious actions to get more guests.
