It's always a pleasure to stay at Grand Makmur Jambi. The food is varied and authentic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the TVs are smart, making the kids feel more at home. The small children's play area is still very useful, as you can bring food, so the kids can stave off boredom while everyone else is swimming.

The breakfast is delicious, the service is good, the large TV is already a smart TV that can directly access YouTube Netflix, the room is spacious, there are 4 big pillows, it is very comfortable in a non-smoking room, the full wall window on the side facing the street. Recommended if you want to stay in Jambi.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, I've stayed here twice and would definitely come back again. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is a bit slow, probably due to the large crowds. There's an indoor pool so the kids don't get too hot swimming, but the water is cold 😄

The hotel is clean and comfortable and all the staff are very friendly, the swimming pool is nice and the breakfast has many variations, the only thing lacking from this hotel is the vehicle parking capacity, If possible, for the next development, add a car parking area, sir/madam. Thank you

initially booked the hotel was I thought of the pool. but what I found from front desk was that the pool is closed at 5PM. unbelievable. and the funny thing is, it that a swimming pool? just one leg push you can bump to your head already. another funny thing, was told by front desk my room's view is CITY. damn, it was a horrible scenery. a shady construction covered with some tents..
