at first I was not sure about reading the reviews of this hotel, but after trying to stay here, it turns out that many of the reviews are true, it's really a shame that a big hotel is not well maintained... is there no supervisor who checks or what...
just once I don't want to come here again..haha
there are many minuses:
1. dirty room/toilet, bed cover looks like it's never been washed, many walls are damaged
2. there is a TV but it can't be watched, ants all over
3. no telephone
4. no wifi
5. some of the toilet lights are off
6. the floor near the table between the beds is still dirty
7. the windows are very dusty like they've never been wiped
8. the area near the restaurant has a dirty floor
9. when I first entered the room I was really surprised there were ear picks and cigarette butts in the toilet, I immediately asked to change rooms and was given one

Spacious room, very varied breakfast. But the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom is lacking. Suggestions:
The sheets must be changed and clean, the availability of towels & slippers must be in the room without asking first to the receptionist. The toilet flush should be replaced so that it functions properly. The environment is beautiful and good for a family staycation.

The facilities for the room are very lacking, the flush for the toilet does not work properly. Towels are not immediately ready in the room (must contact the housekeeping department), the bed sheets seem not to have been changed because there are still lots of hair and tangles. The availability of sandals in the room is also not there. But for breakfast, it is very varied. Hopefully it can be improved again for the parts that are still lacking. But actually it is good for a family staycation because the room is spacious and the environment is also beautiful.

Previously I would like to say thank you very much to the hotel staff who have stored our leftover items 🥰 🙏🏻
The items that we tried to ask the hotel to store and help hand over to the delivery service yesterday, thank God today we have received the items well 🥰
Once again I say thank you very much ☺️
And for our experience staying here, it was impressive that the kids were happy to be able to swim, even though before I read the reviews below there were many comments about this hotel. But after I saw it directly, it turned out to be not like what was in the review… ☺️

This is the umpteenth time I've been here, initially we were given a room on the 4th floor, but when we asked if it was available to move rooms, we were given a room on the 2nd floor with rudeness.
Location: quite close to Jakarta and easy to reach (strategic)
Service: Some staff are quite good and friendly, but there is 1 front office (female) who is quite rude, serving less friendly (I don't know, maybe she's tired)
Facilities: Many parts look very unkempt (children's playground, prayer room, billiard table, electric bike), even the TV remote in the room can't be used
Comfort: when checking in the room is not ready (no towels, mats, coffee, tea, sugar) after being requested, it was sent, but no sandals and laundry bags were provided
Cleanliness: There is still trash (aqua glasses filled with dry coffee and cigarettes) in the corner of the room and the most worrying thing is the presence of cockroaches running around in the room
Breakfast: to add (D: 70 thousand, A: 50 thousand) sorry for the food, none of it tastes good (all bland), even though the price of the addition is quite cheap but it doesn't feel worth it
Overall it's still okay, we still accept it, because we can get a cheap rate (get traveloka discount).
Maybe the management needs to make a lot of improvements, especially the Front Office, they need to do training again (smile).

I ordered a grand park king room, in the photo there were benches and a table on the balcony, but it turned out that the room I got didn't have benches and a table on the balcony. Tea, sugar, spoons, and aqua had to be requested first via WhatsApp, then delivered to the room. Breakfast was not very varied. Children were charged 50 thousand for breakfast. Thank God the pool could be used. The hotel is spacious, but it needs to be renovated gradually so that it can be seen better. Hotel slippers are not provided. Hot water is safe, it can be used every time you take a shower. The TV remote in room 214 needs to be replaced, because the hotel's remote is taped. Ask for the wifi password, it can't be used, the information is that it is under maintenance. I'm not satisfied with the hotel this time.

not according to expectations, the available room was dirty and damp, finally we upgraded, but not much different from the first room, only brighter because there was a balcony, the lights in the hallway were dim so the atmosphere was tense, the mattress and pillow blankets smelled of drool, on traveloka it was listed as 4 stars, but the facilities provided were not appropriate. and the swimming pool was dirty and mossy, the breakfast food was not delicious, all had no taste, waffles and pukis cakes.. I don't know how many portions they were made for. because when I arrived I was about to start, but when I took it it was all gone. the fried food was as big as a giant but only 3 fried items so the queue was very long. really disappointed.. not according to the price of the hotel.

Spacious room, the single bed is safe for two people. Spacious play area. The AC is not cold enough, the water heater is not working, the renovated bathroom is not neat, the pool is not very clean, I have to complain to the hotel staff many times.

honest view for this hotel.
we stayed here on May 28, and we got room no 340.
for the room facilities, it was quite good. spacious room, cold air conditioner, the drawback was in the bathroom. which had no hot water. towels and coffee and tea had to be requested first. the TV only had 15 channels. otherwise this room was very good.
when we arrived at 5 pm, the large swimming pool could not be used because the swimming pool had a lot of moss and had not been cleaned.
on the 29th, in the morning the swimming pool had been partially cleaned so it could be used in areas where there was no moss.
for breakfast it was announced at 7 but breakfast was finished being prepared at 7.30.
and only 4 types of side dishes, 2 rice (fried rice and regular). bread + 4 kinds of jam, boiled (red and white sweet potato), noodle soup, fruits (watermelon, melon, papaya), pecel spices, pukis, craffle, tea, coffee, 3 flavors of drinks.
and in this hotel for breakfast children over 5 years old are charged 50k / child.
hopefully in the future this hotel will have rejuvenated facilities. thank you

The mattress and sheets smell musty, there are no sandals and wifi even though I asked the receptionist, the food is not varied, the main dishes are only white rice, fried rice, fried noodles, soy sauce chicken and stir-fried mustard greens.
