I really like staying here, next time I go to Lembang I will definitely stay here again.

Feels like home, family friendly

The hotel is nice, but poorly maintained. The receptionist wasn't very friendly. The hot tub wasn't hot enough, just a little warm.

The place is really good, those who say it's horror are really evil, a place as good as this, the service is this good, the food is also delicious, the place is cool, there are lots of cool ancient Greek statues, I've never been to a hotel as good as this, the bad thing about this hotel is that it has a really evil heart, many of the employees here depend on their livelihood from working at this hotel, they have very good service, cheers for the workers at this hotel

The room is spacious. Entering the room was a bit creepy because we got one on the second floor. Atmosphere/Facilities: Entry to the swimming pool is limited to two people, more than that is a fee. Staff Assistance: Good. Highlights: The bathroom door doesn't fully close due to a gap underneath, and the room smells a bit of urine. Price: Affordable

It's okay during your stay. Maybe pay more attention to the underside of the cupboard and under the sideboard, there's still dust.

B aja not more & not reduced

My family and I stayed at this hotel on January 2, 2026, I was hesitant and wanted to cancel because many said it was scary, but when I went there, there was no horror at all, instead I was amazed by the hotel building which was very nice and aesthetic like in a kingdom, lots of good photo spots, the room didn't have AC but it was very cold, there was no hair dryer, I chose a standard room with breakfast for 3 people from Traveloka, when I got there the receptionist said only 2 people could get breakfast, I was adamant because I paid 590 to get breakfast for 3 people, but the hotel said it couldn't be done if I wanted to complain to Traveloka, I was very disappointed with the service, the receptionist didn't help at all, the hot water pool wasn't hot, only warm, that's only the children's pool, the standard type room was very small, the bathroom was also cramped, I think with the price of 600 in other hotels it's already quite good, for Traveloka if Please give the right promo, don't go there and it won't be suitable

Not child friendly, even if you bring children to enter the swimming pool, you have to pay another 100 thousand per child, there are many statues and paintings without clothes, so it is not suitable for bringing the family.

The hotel is nice, carries a European-style feel and got the room at the very end, when I arrived, there were no slippers/towels in the room so I had to reconfirm, and the TV didn't turn on but was immediately replaced with another TV unit. There are many statues here and there, maybe because it was built a long time ago so it feels like an old-fashioned hotel, for children it might be a bit creepy but for adults it's still safe. The warm water pool facility is very helpful for evening soaking together. It's just that if you enter the pool in the morning you have to pay for a ticket for small children because you were given 2 tickets at the beginning of check-in even though it was informed about small children. And input for the restaurant, it was informed that breakfast is from 7-10 but when I arrived at 8 the food was already mostly sold out and it took a long time to be refilled, my suggestion is that breakfast is still a long way to 10, it should be filled quickly because most of the parents/guests who come can swim first or enjoy the morning weather, unless the guests arrive at 9 it still makes sense that the food is finished and not refilled, but it's only been 1 hour since 7 but a lot of it has already been finished and it takes a long time to be refilled. The hotel was dirty, quiet, scary, and the room was stuffy. I was very disappointed with the breakfast, it would be better to cook it yourself.

The rooms are quite large. Plenty of space for photos. The food is varied and delicious. Easy access.

Stayed here, the room was clean, the hotel is really big... and the food is pretty good, but the only thing is the hot water pool doesn't have a machine, the LG is broken so you have to swim in cold water.

It's great for that price. It's totally worth it.

This is my umpteenth time staying here, from trying the standard room, superior garden view room and this superior pool view so far so good, and when there is a problem in the room, the staff immediately comes to help, the food is also a lot of choices, the staff is friendly, got a swimming pool voucher too.
