All the hotel staff are very friendly, the Wi-Fi is fast, the toilet is clean and the water heater works well. Towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, tissues, coffee, tea, mineral water are all refilled. There is a water heater and refrigerator that also really works well. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean and the environment is clean. It's cool to have a hotel as comfortable and as good as this, the price is very affordable. Don't hesitate to come here, it's very satisfying 🥰

The best hotel in Lembang. For the price and amenities, it's really good. The place feels like it's not in Bandung anymore, and it's very spacious. For that price, you get a pool and hot water, so it's already quite cheap. The room was okay. I stayed alone, so there wasn't any scary feeling.

The second time our family stayed at this hotel, the hotel price is pocket-friendly, all the staff are very friendly, the security guard helped carry our bags to the room, the hotel room & toilet are clean, open the balcony door to the room and you will be presented with a beautiful view and cool air, the environment is safe, there is an indoor swimming pool (warm pool) and an outdoor pool, all of which are kept clean, this hotel has many interesting photo spots, the food is delicious, basically every time we go to Lembang we will definitely go to this hotel, our family is happy to stay here, 👍🏻

It turns out there's no air conditioning here. It should have been stated in the description that it's non-AC. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The spring rolls were just filled with thick flour, with very little carrot filling. The orange juice was also very cloudy, as if it had been watered down and tasteless. This is a child-friendly hotel, but breakfast was filled with people smoking. My first and last time here.

The hotel that was said to be scary turned out not to be at all, a staycation while celebrating an anniversary in a cool place like a kingdom felt like a princess hehe cool, comfortable, crowded with many visitors, clean rooms, clean toilets, there is a water heater, cold and warm pools make you feel at home. The staff are also all friendly, will come here again when on vacation with the family too ahh.

I often bring guests here, but I personally only visited recently. The staff are incredibly friendly, from the security guards to the front desk, and housekeeping. The rooms are clean and tidy, smelling quite nice, and they have a balcony with a waterpark view. The food is delicious, a favorite with the kids.

For the hotspring, there is no heat, not like the first time I stayed with a really hot temperature. This is for the hotspring pool, it is actually cold. Please fix it, my intention to go to Bandung is just to stay at this place and experience the hotspring again. I protested and they said they had changed the machine.

This time, we stayed at a higher price, but the hot springs weren't as good as the previous time; they weren't warm at all. I tried complaining, but the pool attendant said they'd replaced the machine. The hot springs themselves were terrible.

Honestly, it was absolutely terrifying staying here, absolutely terrifying. Plus, there were bells ringing at night, and the sound of things being dragged around. The mattress was also dirty and smelly, making my body itch in the morning. It's not worth coming back; once is enough. It's a shame such a beautiful building is haunted and deserted.
