Stayed here for a day. Got a windowless room (no information was provided upon booking), non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. Even sleeping was hard to breathe. I tried to wear a mask, but the next day the mask smelled of cigarette smoke. Just imagine, no window, but someone was smoking inside.

Every time I go to Dumai I stay at Grand Zuri Dumai. At this time the staff said it was fully booked so of the 2 rooms I booked, one had no window. However, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were impressive. Hopefully I can stay again someday when I return to my childhood city
