My wife and I have stayed here twice, thank God it was impressive to stay in terms of the room, service, breakfast and access to the city. Maybe for TV entertainment, please update the channels again. Hopefully we can stay again another time👍

Check-in time was not on time from the hotel, it should have been possible to check in at 14:00, but the hotel key card was only available at 16:10. The receptionist was not friendly (Mrs. Mawar). After arriving at the room, towels were not available so we had to wait about 20 minutes for delivery. Breakfast rate 8.7/10. Suggestion: hospitality training needs to be done for hotel staff.
