When we arrived we could not check in. The lady did not even ask us from where and what we can help. Then we called customer service regarding this matter. And the customer service helped us. Then for one night we stayed as what we order at 4 rooms. The next night we have to move to another room 3 room but with AC. But what we don't like is the lady owner of the house didn't say anything nor apologizing.

When I arrived, they had no idea that I was staying there. The water also wasn't working when I arrived. Additionally the sink is broken, the bathroom door was broken, and there was no hot water from the shower. The TV was also broken. The WiFi also does not reach the room. The AC did work very well though. Close to the airport but not near much else.

Homestay close to animal cages and very smelly. Not good service. Staying one room both can only one towel, water is dead, when you want to urinate midnight there is no water. Early in the morning just woke up there was also no water, unless we complained there was only water, open an economical business with water? Very uncomfortable with the situation, too noisy. Mosquitoes a lot, if the location is strategic, close to Padang stalls and near the airport.

The front is just like a fence that is not maintained. the room was full of mosquitoes, we had to ask for spray to be done. The bed linen was said to have been cleaned but I found a lot of men's hair there. The toilet door is hollow, can't be closed, can be peeped clearly. The toilet is very bad. Towels are not given, must be visited and asked for new to be given. There are no power sockets near the bed, the dining table is very dirty, every time there are lots of flies. The staff are not friendly, not helpful, do not have any references needed by tourists. Even for backpackers it is not recommended to stay here. The environment is less comfortable, full of nosy people, especially to tourists.
