The hotel staff are very friendly and always greet each other. I was just starting to feel the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The room was very clean. All the facilities were functional. The bathroom was clean, with clean water, both hot and cold. The hotel area was comfortable. The price was affordable, and the hotel smelled nice and cool. Overall, I recommend staying there. I originally booked for one night, but ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Bandung. Horison Bandung is the best experience.

The lobby and parking lot are spacious, but the rooms are old and have torn carpets. Breakfast is comprehensive and tasty. The gym is under-equipped. The pool is crowded with children taking swimming lessons. The TV needs to be replaced.

An older hotel, still very decent. The AC is cold, and the hot water works. Unfortunately, the layout hasn't been upgraded, and the rooms still lack electrical outlets, but it's nice nonetheless.

The room was as ordered. Clean and pleasant. However, the AC wasn't cold enough. It's recommended to have it cleaned regularly, as central AC requires regular maintenance.
