Wow, it was really satisfying. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I forgot my parking ticket, and she immediately gave me directions when I wanted to exit the parking lot. The room was clean, tidy, and large, and it had a bathtub. 😊 Breakfast was varied and there was a coffee machine. Top notch, five stars from me.

So that the towels in the room should be replaced with new ones, because they look worn and a bit torn, for a 4-star hotel it seems inappropriate to provide towels like that, otherwise it's okay.

From check-in, I had to wait almost half an hour to get my room key. It got to the point where, around 5 a.m., the bathroom faucets stopped working! I was forced to use bottled water for cleaning and ablutions, using up three bottles. I waited another half hour for the water to come out, and the engineer checked it. Even when it did come back on, the water was cloudy, dirty, and brown. Fortunately, when I asked for compensation for the bottled water I used, the hotel agreed. Please fix this. Honestly, this water issue is really annoying. I feel like I've been ripped off. Maybe if I have the opportunity to stay again and the experience isn't as bad, I'll give a new rating. Thank you.

A hotel without the hassle, with tap cards, no deposit, etc., located under a mall. It's great. It could be a good option for lodging, but it's a shame the parking is quite far away. The food tastes even better.

Check-in was safe and smooth, but unfortunately, I had a special request, which the hotel couldn't accommodate. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay an additional 100,000 Rupiah if it met my request. Parking is quite busy, as it's attached to the mall.
