from the first time I already requested a non smoking Room. but when I arrived at the hotel around 02.00 wib the receptionist staff his name was Rivaldi given us a very smelly smoking room. how could he didn't see my request on the apps. then I complained to him so he replaced the room to the others. the problems wasn't stop there. the other days they given us a very torn towel so I complained again to the receptionist and talked to the Hotel Manager a woman. but she talked like unprofessional person who said in front of me a very unnecessary thing. the air-conditioning same as the other problem. very disappointed. I am a repeater guest on Waringin Hotel especially Luminor.. but for this hotel I don't think so

Hopefully the cleanliness can be improved. So I asked to move. Because the sheets are dirty. Like just being taken care of by someone else's ex, but not replaced. Even though I just wanted to sit on the bed. So it doesn't sit. The food is not good. Only the ketoprak seasoning is pretty good😁

The room was deluxe but the room feels ordinary, the floor is dirty ordinary, sprey hair. Slippery toilet flooded, when breakfast waiting to run out. Why is the waitress not nimble for cooking, so we have to wait.

Not recommended for families especially children. AC is not cold, especially since there is a factor for children to be uncomfortable. But for adults there is no problem, hotel waiters are friendly.
