Sesuai harga y guys. Untuk sekedar beristirahat ok lah. Staf nya ramah-ramah, air bersih, hanya saja kalau bisa d perbaiki untuk kebersihan kamar lebih d tingkatkan lagi. Walaupun segini udah cukup best value added lah. Terima kasih.

Tidak pernah terlintas di benak saya akan menginap di hotel seperti ini, bahkan saya pernah mencoba kamar harga 150 ribu permalam di Malaysia jauh lebih baik dari ini. Dimulai dari suasana lobby yang gelap dan berdebu, lalu diinfokan bahwa lift nya mati jadi saya harus naik turun dari lantai 3 menaiki tangga. Begitu sampai di kamar, kondisi kamar sangat tidak layak dipakai. Kasur yang melengkung dengan sprei dan selimut yang banyak noda. Shower yang tidak isi gagang kran air. Banyak noda dan mengkarat di kamar mandi. Sprei yang saya rasa jangankan diganti, disapu saja tidak. Jika boleh kasih saran, jika memang tidak niat untuk menjual dan melayani tamu, lebih baik hotel ditutup dulu. Dengan harga yang lumayan, mendapat seperti ini rasanya seperti ditipu.

Tolong dong diseleksi dulu hotel-hotel yang bisa masuk ke aplikasi pemesanan online 🙂 Parah banget bangunan hotel udah tutup lama terus sekarang buka lagi tp bener bener keterlaluan, nggak layak sama sekali masuk ke aplikasi booking online sih ini! Aku pesen dua room buat keluarga yang lagi ke Jakarta, 1 family room 1 deluxe room. Dibaca baik-baik ya buat yang mau booking biar mikir dulu nggak ketipu sama foto: - sprei nggak di ganti! Masa pandemi gitu masa sprei hotel ga di ganti, ga punya dana sama sekali ya buat laundry linen?- air mati 🙂 ini parah banget sih, keluargaku kejebak macet mudik dan sudah dua hari nggak mandi mandi cuma lap lap aja di masjid, nyampe hotel niatnya bisa istirahat bisa mandi ternyata di luar dugaan 🙂.- resepsionis nggak ada di tempat! Karena kejebak macet dari bandung jadi baru nyampe jam 1 malem, mau check in lama banget nunggu dari jam 1 malem sampe jam 2:20 baru resepsionisnya dateng.- tidak ada sarapan padahal tertera dapet sarapan! Ini kan penipuan nama nya dengan harga segitu saya bayar bisa dapet tempat yang layak daripada hotel yang kayak kandang tikus.- klosetnya ada kotoran 🙂 parah nggak?. Malu-malu banget saya udah mesenin hotel buat keluarga rame-rame yang dari mudik mampir Jakarta bentar, ternyata hotelnya masyaAllah jleb

The lobby is comfortable. The staff was kind and even wanted to help packing my baby stroller. The rooms are delicious. Relieved. It's just that the location is a bit far and it's difficult to find food/snacks around the hotel area because it's all warehousing locations. If you want to eat, you can usually order via an online motorcycle taxi. The rest is good. Safe. Comfortable.
