Tempat strategis, proses Check in cepet, staff nya ramah, sayang Kasur nya kurang nyaman saya gak bisa tidur, gatel gatel, WC shower nya sudah pada berkerak, showernya mampet, tapi air panas nya bagus, Room service pesen nasgor Alhamdulillah enak, juice nya juga fresh. Sarapan enak, di kasih omelette juga Alhamdulillah. Proses check out cepet.

Kamar mandi banyak hewan2 aneh, jorok banget. Sprei dan bedcover lembab banget dan apek. Housekeeping & sanitasi buruk banget. Ga pernah dicek apa ya. Rekor hotel terjorok yang pernah kita coba. Menang lokasi doank. Karena dekat fasilitas umum & tempat2 makan di luar. Price vs Product sangat ga worth it.

Letaknya strategis, masih dekat alun-alun dan tak terlalu jauh dari Stasiun Rangkasbitung. Meskipun kamar terasa terlalu sempit, tapi cukup bersih. Kamar mandi juga oke. Sayangnya, tidak disediakan kursi/bangku untuk duduk merokok/minum kopi di teras/balkon. Juga tidak tersedia gantungan baju di dalam lemari pakaian. Pelayanan FO cukup ramah dan cepat.

Penerimaan tamu resepsionis cukup simpatik, menyenangkan. Kondisi kamar bersih. Kamar mandi bagus, air hangat tersedia, AC dan TV berfungsi baik. Hanya di teras/balkon tidak ada kursi untuk duduk, sementara sarapan pagi kurang bervariasi. Keamanan dan ketenangan terjaga baik, hotel ini strategis di Rangkasbitung karena tidak terlalu jauh dari alun-alun, Museum Multatuli, dan Stasiun KA Rangkasbitung.

We upgraded to suite room but all we have unfunctional two television, the room was so dusty even though we booked and called earlier still they didn't prepared anything. The floor was so dirty and the smell just like the room never been visited by anyone. They charged for iron tools. People smoking at the breakfast area although there were kids.

The good thing for this hotel is only the location which is strategic to the town, and their staffs are really friendly. Their food in breakfast was so dissappointed. We booked the executive room but it doesn't like an executive, also the room is quite narrow. The cleanliness of the hotel is good enough. I hope the hotel can improve their quality from many sides, so people can have a great experience to stay in this hotel.

Lokasi hotel lumayan strategis dari stasiun bisa ditempuh jalan kaki juga 10 menit. Banyak tempat makan juga di sekitar plus dua market di depan. Untuk kamar, fasilitas cukup oke. AC dingin, utilities (handuk, sabun, sampo, dan lain-lain) lengkap. Sarapan juga lumayan enak. Minusnya kalo malem air panas kamar mandi kurang fungsi sama banyak semut. Jadi hati-hati aja kalo nyimpen makanan di atas meja

The hotel was nice and have good services. Supposedly for hotel on this region, Bumi Katineung always give excellence services, hospitality, and warm-heart staff. The hotel is such a dormitory and have many rooms in every building. The resto is quite available and serves many dishes you can choose. for Breakfast is served in behind the hotel building, but it quite near and the food was good. two thumbs up!!
