AC and TV work well. There is mineral water, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. But the drawbacks are not providing tissues, the sheets are not clean, and the online check-in feature is not effective because the receptionist asks for another identity and then there is a deposit of 50 thousand. The rest, at a price of 141 thousand, is good enough for overnight transit.

Jujur aku agak kecewa menginap di sini pertama, aku book kamar yang family itu ada di lantai 5 jujur ini capek banget naiknya apalagi kalau ada yang sewa room ini untuk bawa orang tua please skip bakalan capek banget lalu bagi yang abis jalan dari Lembang posisi kaki pegel please ini melelahkan banget bawa barang ke atas tapi bagian teknisi sigap banget kalau kita butuh bantuan, aku kemarin di sini ada bermasalah sama wastafel yang airnya gak turun lalu tv gak menyala. Tapi teknisi sigap langsung di benerin kok. Besok-besok kalau nginap sini mau ambil yang lantai 1 aja.

Lokasinya udah enak padahal, tapi sayang bangunannya ga di maintain. Mana dikasih kamarnya beda, ga ada lift. Tidak lansia friendly sih. Kamarnya juga bau, banyak rembesan.

Kecewa banget sih, beda banget sama foto yang dari hotelnya. Ada bercak warna merah di bawah bangku (ga tau itu darah atau cat) ga paham juga. Kemudian kamar bau apek, auranya ga enak, buat ga nyaman banget. Dapat kamar lantai 1 tapi letaknya malah di lantai bawah. Minta upgrade kamar nambah 50 ribu (that’s okay) dapat kamar di lantai 4. Ga sesumpek dan sebau apek lantai 1. Tapi tetep ga buat nyaman, untuk tempat tidur juga berdebu dan seperti tidak diganti. Di tangga menuju lantai 4 itu berrdebu dan seperti tidak diberrsihkan tangganya. Dan ga lama berasa di lantai 4, saya putuskan untuk check out cari hotel lain. Bad impression. Tolong diperbaiki untuk manajemennya🙏🏻

The check in and check out process is fast. There is a deposit of 50,000 to be paid. The rooms are very different from the photos. The same as the photo is only in the lobby. Breakfast can't get but around many are selling. Just walk a little. Even though the bathroom has warm water, it takes a long time to come out. Get mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower also can't be moved, so you have to really close to the wall when you shower. The towels are quite clean but the blankets and sheets look like they have stains or don't know. When entering the room, the window facing the road was slightly open and the TV and AC could not be turned on. It turned out that the AC remote was broken. When I reported it, there was security who checked the room and the AC remote was replaced immediately. For the TV, it turns out that there are 2 remotes so it turns out we just pressed the wrong button. The AC is steady cold. So far, at that price, what do you expect, right? But we are looking for the same office, so it's not bad for just one night.
