The hotel is nice, clean and directly connected to Ciputra Cibubur Mall, the staff are friendly, when I leaned on the bench in the swimming pool area, the staff suddenly gave me a pillow to lean on, that's how sensitive it is. The room is quite big, good for bringing family.

Favorite Hotel in Cibubur. The hotel is located above the mall, making it easy if you need to shop. Access to the mall is also very easy through the access door available on the ground floor. The receptionist was very friendly and helped provide the room according to our wishes. We were assisted by officers Lucy and Syifa. The room conditions are neat, clean and well maintained. On the Roof Top there is a swimming pool, with a very nice view. Breakfast at the restaurant also provides various menus, complete with various breads and pastries. Overall I had a satisfying experience at the Ciputra Cibubur Hotel.

The hotel has complete facilities, easy access, and clean, spacious rooms. I stayed in a deluxe premium room and enjoyed afternoon tea from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. There was a wide selection of delicious snacks. Plus, it's close to a mall, so finding food is easy.

I booked several rooms for my daughter's wedding, but it was a shame that some family members who wanted to have breakfast were prohibited from having to pay, even though my daughter had already made a deposit of 2.5 million and I had already informed her that I was responsible. I was really embarrassed, even though there weren't many people who wanted to have breakfast.
