The hotel is nice, clean and directly connected to Ciputra Cibubur Mall, the staff are friendly, when I leaned on the bench in the swimming pool area, the staff suddenly gave me a pillow to lean on, that's how sensitive it is. The room is quite big, good for bringing family.

The hotel has direct access to the mall, making it easy to walk around or find food. The room is quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is also clean and complete amenities. During check-in and check-out, the service was very good by Mas Meyfin. After checking out, it turned out that my mother's cellphone was left in the room. Mas Meyfin contacted me and said the cellphone could be retrieved in the lobby. Thankfully, the cellphone was safe and could be retrieved. Thank you very much. The food at breakfast was not very varied and mostly tasted plain. Suggestions so that the taste and variety of food can be improved. Only one room access card is given, usually hotels provide two. So you can't stay in the room when others want to go out. Thank you for the extraordinarily friendly staff service, from security to the housekeeper. Bonus: You can leave your luggage after check out.
