First experience staying at Farel hotels and will never come again. Entering the lobby has smelled of the smell of cigarette smoke, very disturbing. Arriving at the room the conditions of the room are very far from the photos on the site, there is no socket, no hot water, local TV and TV in the past are bad quality. The bathroom and toilet are very dirty and smelly. Actually it is not suitable to be inhabited. Please follow up. Is the price that I pay commensurate with the facilities, it is worth the hotel rate of 100 thousand. Really disappointing.

Very disappointing: the lights were dead and the smell of cigarettes was also musty, the smell was also dirty, the air conditioner leaked in room 414, the bed was dirty and made itchy after sleeping.

Nothing is good inside at all, it's just like a hotel that wanna closed up soon , low lighting ,nvr replace any burned light bulbs , dusty in the room , nvr vacumm and cleanup at all, it feels like cheated from those rooms photos.

when I checked in the receptionist was sleeping on the table. 5 story building with only 2 workers. room full of cockroaches. they never swipe the floor and put all the garbage under the beds (leftover food, plastic bags, dust, dead roaches and insects). no hot water, AC is broken, towels are different size and texture. bed is filthy. all furniture are broken, for breakfast at the buffet you can only find one pack of bread, one jar of strawberry jam, and coffee and tea. even no plates to eat. literally I swear to God this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in 24 years of travelling. just the worst

Good enough for hotels in Central Jakarta, comparable to prices offered. It's just a suggestion for managers to rejuvenate furniture and design rooms and bathrooms, especially the heater. For fast and good service, I especially checked late at 00:30 because there was a flight delay.
