The closet is soo dirty, I even had to clean it up myself and put some porcelain liquid cleaner to clean it and make myself comfortable I was thinking about canceling but it has been paid and there was no good policy from online to cancel it because if I cancel it then I would lose my money ...bed sheet seems reused because I could see clearly hairs, so I had to buy a new bedsheet my own, so I can sleep there. the idea of providing breakfast is good but the service is bad, I mean, knocking my door at 6.00 in the morning only to make me wake up and take the boring breakfast is not a good idea and very annoying. I was still sleeping and the staff kept knocking my door until I have to wake up and open my door and take the food ...so annoying!! the room is also on the 4th floor while the room at other lower floors seems empty... the price is good, location is good but It wasn't a perfect room to sleep. Not recommended.

The first time you arrived at the hotel, there was still a feeling of being unhappy because of a long-standing confirmation problem between the hotel Mulia and the online agent. About 2 hours since the payment was received by an online agent but has not been able to get permission to enter the hotel from Mulia. Second, when arriving with a suitcase and a fairly heavy tote bag, please go up to the 3rd floor with a model of stairs such as the Rawamangun Kelapa Gading LRT stairs. Finally, it could be negotiated to the second floor with an additional 50 thousand. Arrived in a dingy room with a rather dirty bathroom. Just forced to accept it because it's already paid. Drinking water is not provided. TV is there.
