I went there just for transit plus visiting Malioboro. Not too far from Malioboro, around 2 km. Around the hotel there is Alfamart and some good restaurants, very easy to get meals. The hotel is clean, parking space is huge, and the motorcycle parking place has a canopy to protect from rain. Huge plus from me as a big biker. The staff is kind, process of check in/out is very simple. There was an electricity shutdown at that time, but the hotel genset quickly replaced it before finally it turned back on. In the morning there are some street vendors like Bubur Ayam coming to the hotel to provide cheap breakfast. The price of the hotel is cheap considering it was new year season. All facilities including TV and hot water functioned well.

Aku betah menginap di sini, nyaman, tentram, tidak berisik, kamar luas. Lokasi masuk 20 m ke gang, dari Stasiun Lempuyangan bisa jalan kaki cuma 12 menit (kemarin aku mencoba jalan). Fasilitas selimut 2, ada 2 sabun, 2 botol minum, AC, TV, tisu toilet, water heater, staf ramah-ramah dan disediakan galon buat ngopi. Next menginap lagi di sini.

lumayan sesuai harga
hanya saja di hari kedua air nya mati
krn kerusakan pompa airny
menunggu perbaikan dr pagi sampe siang blm beres
alhasil kami tdk bisa mandi dll
krn semua toilet baik di lt 1 dan 2 tidak ada airny
akhirny meminta mas karyawan hotel utk angkut air pake ember bbrp kali dari luar ke kmr mandi kami di lt 2

hotelnya udah cukup tua mungkin kalo di renov lagi bisa lebih baik sama wifinya krg kenceng bbrp kali listrik mati mungkin karna lagi liburan jadi kmar keisi semua listriknya ga kuat. tp untuk harga sgtu worth it sih cukup nyaman

Lokasi bagus, hotel tua, kami ambil tipe family. Harga 500rb, kasurnya aduh bikin sakit badan, gak ada tisu, lis gypsum plafon kayak mau copot, pintunya model belahan tapi di tengah ada celah jadi dari luar bisa diintip, bolobgan atas pintu dari kaca full jadi gak ada privacy nya. Suami istri yang nginep di sini hati-hati ya. Gordyn juga model lama yang gak bisa ditutup full lagi-lagi ada celahnya, cuma disediain sabun ga ada sampo, gak ada sikat gigi. Air anget? Ada! Tp listrik langsung mati. Baru kali ini nginep di hotel listriknya jepret mulu saat idupin air anget mau mandi. Alhasil udah capek-capek kliling jogja malah mandi air dingin. Buat aku cukup sekali aja nginep di sini.

Sempat menyesal book ini hotel, cuma gara-gara dapet harga lebih murah disaat harga hotel-hotel naik saat nataru, semalaman sebelum berangkat kepikiran takut horor&ga nyaman. Mana sudah book 2 malam. Ternyata tidak seburuk itu, meski hotel lawas&fasilitas biasa saja tapi nyaman bersih&staff ramah ga horor sama sekali.

Sebenarnya hotelny udah sesuai dengan harga. Murah. Dan begitu lah. Jadi yang komen jelek. Mending pesan hotel yang mahal ya. Air panas ok. AC tidak OK. Jendela rusak, kasur kurang nyaman. Pelayanan reseptionis OK.
