Second stay at Neo Hotels chain. The staffs are friendly and accommodative. I like the 'no plastic bottle' campaign. Nothing less in the room, just the corridors that are not 'no smoking' area, so it's a bit disappointing when opening the room door the air with smoke should enter the room, even for just 10 seconds! If there is a way to sterilize the area from smoke (why not making all 'no smoking' area?), this hotel will be perfect!

Cool, I like the receptionist style, the food is delicious👍🏼but it's a bit noisy in the room, whether it's the engine sound or something I don't know, but I can still sleep. Thanks Neo Palma

Tata letak tengah kota, di atas ada bioskop. Food court ada di bawah kalo ga mau ribet bila tiket hotel exclude makan. Untuk ditingkatkan mungkin kekedapan suara karena pinggir jalan. Lalu air shower tidak terasa panas.
