The bathroom lights are dim. The AC can't be turned on using the remote. This is room 104. When you enter, it smells of wasp oil. But the hot water is great. But the staff are friendly. Thank you, sir.

I have booked a Deluxe room twice, but instead I was given a superior room, and the room was not cleaned, because when I lifted the spray layer that looked like a blanket, there was so much dust that I sneezed and until now I still have a cold, PLEASE FOR THE HOTEL, PLEASE KEEP IT CLEAN

For the facilities, the price is affordable, and the location is in the middle of the city, but it's not very nice with the middle-aged male receptionist who is not very friendly, when asking customers while behind the desk, we don't understand, when we're confused too not helped but just shut up and put on an unfriendly face.
