I booked 3bedroom for 3 persons. I stayed there on 2nd until 4th of may. I booked it 2months before (when we still have PPKM level 3 or 4) and when I booked it, it says that it 's include breakfast. But turns out 2nd of may becomes high season since there was 10days public holiday. And when I jusy arrive, the receiption told me that the room is not include breakfast. And I said to them that when I booked it 2months ago you said that already include breakfast and I show them my booking. And the owner answered "the price is going up and what you pay 2months ago is not include breakfast. PERIOD. Second problem, one of the room is not equipped with water kettle, which is they wrote it really big in the receptionist that every room is equipped with water kettle. Third problem (I just knew when I about to check out) that my driver's room aircon is not working. So my conclusion. The price is good. My room is good. But it's only based on luck. And their professionalism is ZERO.

It 's located right by the airport, easier for those who will catch an early flight. The Room is clean, air conditioner OK. Just a suggestion: Please do some more training to your reception how to warmly welcome your guest because it 's very basic in the hospitality. All good 👍.

Location is perfect - nearby Bandara and several restaurant. Basic amenities also provided. They can arrange for car/ motorbike rental as well but makesure you reserve beforehand For improvement notes, they seems to trust their interns manning reception desk - some information got lost in the way & have to wait longer for the real staff for confirmation!

I had an unpleasant experience staying at the Pasola hotel. Since checking in, I was surprised by the absence of water in the bathroom. and this absence of water lasted until the next day. This is certainly very disappointing, considering that water is a very vital basic need. Besides that, the toilet near the lobby is also very dirty. Breakfast is provided per portion with a menu of omelets rice and chili sauce, banana, water and coffee. This hotel is strategically located because it is near to the airport, but the facilities are very disappointing.

The room is clean, the hotel is near airport, restaurant bakery and shop. There was driver at the hotel that gave good price to drive us around. However the breakfast had only 1 option available.
