The Host was nice. But by the time I arrived at the Hotel, apparently, they can't find the key of my room. So I had to wait for almost 30 minutes just for my key. The fan filled with dust and the Bedsheet smells damp, so it was not too nice to sleep in. The bathroom door wasn't worked either, so I couldn't shut the door while I showered. The morning tea and poising goring were good though.

It is a family hotel. I felt like at home. Every morning and afternoon we get snack (fried banana and tea/ coffee) but the hotel should improve the cleanliness and water supply as in the morning we usually run out of water for take a bath.

The distance of the hotel is quite affordable to the central government waikabubak. The advantages of this hotel in my opinion is very good service especially about food and service. The drawback of this hotel is the shower and Wifi facilities are not up to the rooms, so for internet affairs we have to exit the rooms. The hotel impresses us like at home, though with overall limitations I am satisfied with the hotel Ronita. Highly recommendation.

The room is dim. Not clean, lots of dust. There are cockroaches and worms. The waiter was unfriendly and slow. The snack is late. Must be reminded first and in a hurry so that the presentation is not ripe.
