My honest review for room 222. The bed is noisy every time we move. And this room is like we are sleeping next to a very noisy sidewalk. The problem is that in Bandung there are still many people who use motorbikes with exhausts that have been banned. So it's like sleeping on an illegal racing track. It was almost 12 at night and I couldn't sleep, so I asked to be moved to a quieter room. The hotel finally upgraded me to a fairly quiet room, thank you to the hotel staff who were quick 🙏. What was really annoying was finally cured because I could sleep soundly. And for breakfast, it was also okay, there were many choices, only the coffee was not good. The location of Santika is really good, the location is close to everywhere and right in front of the hotel is Yogyakarta.

I happened to get a room on the 3rd floor and faced the main road. I couldn't sleep at night because there was illegal racing with motorbikes roaring. Actually, this could have been resolved if there was cooperation with the local security forces.

Friendly staff, very strategic location. Breakfast is so-so. The walls of the building are painted white, so it looks like there is a lot of bird droppings, it seems like there is a lack of maintenance. The room is clean but the rattan-like chair with a cushion is full of mites. On the first day, it felt itchy sitting there and I didn't think it was mites. The next day, I saw that my thighs were all red, itchy, and the mites' bite marks made them rough and left scars from insect bites. The hotel should replace the chair.

This was my second staycation with my family. The location is strategically located on a main road and very close to BIP and Riau Junction. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel area was clean, but there was a lot of animal droppings on the pillars (probably bats, as I saw them roaming around inside the semi-outdoor hotel). I got a room on the third floor at the end. The room was clean, but I noticed a rather disturbing brown stain on the blanket/bed cover. The bathroom amenities were complete and neat. In the morning, I was quite surprised when I opened the curtains to find several bats hanging from the window. The breakfast menu was varied and always delicious!
