I stayed from 24 August 2033 to 30 August 2023, the accommodation is perfect, the location is good in Malang to see around. Feel like in home with friendly staff and they are happy to help you as they can, don't forget to ask for tour in hotel. I would like to thanks all of staff in all of the hotel, some of I remember them name: Jhon. Yesyudate. Indri. Dulasim. Anita. The garden man. All the list of them name. Enjoy:)

Hotels with extraordinary Javanese, Chinese and other Asian ethnic nuances, seem to be transported to the past. There are hotel tours by friendly and intelligent guides. The hotel clerk is friendly, the food is delicious and abundant. The location is strategic, close to the city center. A little suggestion, it is better if the room TV is replaced with a smart TV or Android TV to match the properties for 4-star hotels and above.

Perfect staycation experience in Malang. This month 2 times stayed at Tugu. On my second arrival I got a room on the 2nd floor and the room was much nicer than my first arrival in room 103. All on point and for sure I will come back again. Even though the hotel does not have an elevator, the bellboy is always alert and ready to help guests' luggage. Free afternoon tea with delicious traditional cakes and kawisari coffee upon check out. For the room in the photo with a view of the Tugu square, I occupy 209.

The place is strategic, it's easy to find food around the hotel, the toilets are clean, fragrant, and very aesthetic. The children feel very comfortable staying here.
