The room is not too big, because it might be used as an airport transit hotel. The table and chairs seem to fill the room, it should be made compact. But for the view from the room, it is very good, coincidentally got a room facing east to get a sunrise view

Near the airport, 5 minutes using the airport shuttle service, shuttle schedules are available from 05.00 am/dawn. Complete room facilities but the location is really far from the city center and across the hotel there is a pecel seller. The location is the same as the Novotel hotel and a little further ahead is the Morazen hotel

all good, just hot.
maybe because the location is exposed to direct sunlight. the lobby is stuffy, I asked the receptionist and she said the air is indeed stuffy 😃
the room is cool, the air conditioner is cool. the service is also comfortable. so far satisfied for a transit hotel

for the drainage in the bathroom please always check so that the water drain when bathing is not too long as if there is a blockage. the swimming pool is quite clean, but there are some insects floating on the side near the shower room. overall very impressive all..

For a hotel, it's definitely a star hotel. It's just that when you call from the room, it doesn't get answered. When you WA every day, it's never replied to. Even though a star hotel should have a fast response, even though they say it's full, it's impossible for it to be full all the time. Guests don't come and WA every minute. Apart from that, it's really good, especially the view is perfect.

There were lots of ants on the bedsheets, it seemed like they weren't washed by the previous guests, the floor was dirty with lots of dust, it looked like it had never been mopped, and the electricity kept going on and off.
