Dated hotel and not clean, we had a salamander in our room. Outside a big restaurant and watched football all nights. We couldn't sleep.

Staff cukup ramah tapi kurang helpful (di depan lift gabut kyk salam doang trs ga tau mau ngapain? Bantuin bawa tas gitu kek 😂. Plusnya sih diinfokan ketika ada barang yang tertinggal. Selimut dan spreinya ada nodanya. Jujur agak jijik sih saya. Showernya bikin puyeng. Kyk keran di taro di atas doang. Ya keras lah rasanya. 260 ribu ga dapet sarapan. Di hotel yg lain hari, saya dapet kamar dan fasilitas yg mirip cuma 150 ribu. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.
