I stayed with my 11-year-old son and mother for two nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, I love the big bathroom. We had dinner in one of the restaurants (Homaya), the food was delicious. The beach was kid-friendly, I felt safe watching my son swimming in the beach. Overall, I've had an amazing time in Merusaka Nusa Dua Bali Hotel and we hope we will come back again in the future.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean public or regular pool, spacious & clean green grass, easy access to the beach, white, fine & clean beach sand, most impressive if you book a room with pool access, the pool water is really clear & clean, the hotel pool with the cleanest & clearest water I have ever enjoyed so far, recommended hotel 🫶

AC problem at the last day and never got serious action to fix the problem. The hotel always pointing out that it was a mistake from the guest…wooww…and finally we have to sleep full night without AC…
