Staying here for 3 nights with my family was a great choice. We were greeted warmly from the lobby, and the room was nice and clean. They even had a pillow menu so you could request one. The breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was delicious. The Indonesian menu was different every day. The restaurant staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely be back at Ayana again.

Very family friendly. The kids were happy because last holiday they made a playground in the ballroom. And the access is easy because it is very close to the MRT. So you can go to the malls in Jakarta just by MRT.

My favorite hotel for a staycation with the kids because the toilets are just like in Japan 🤭 Then yesterday, I tried playing tennis here for the first time and it turned out to be really good. Next time I want to come back here again and try playing squash. Hahahahaha...

Although I was disappointed with the reservation cancellations, which resulted in numerous miscommunications, the service remained the same from my first visit. 100 stars for the front desk staff, but 1 for the Assistance Reservation Manager, Ms. Anastassia.
