Staying here for 3 nights with my family was a great choice. We were greeted warmly from the lobby, and the room was nice and clean. They even had a pillow menu so you could request one. The breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was delicious. The Indonesian menu was different every day. The restaurant staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely be back at Ayana again.

Very family friendly. The kids were happy because last holiday they made a playground in the ballroom. And the access is easy because it is very close to the MRT. So you can go to the malls in Jakarta just by MRT.

Kids loved the family activity area so much. Can't beat refillable popcorn and wide screens. Breakfast was great and the pool area was very safe for the kids. One of our kids had an incident (not fatal) and the staff took care of it with great attitude.

My stay at this hotel was truly satisfying and far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with extremely friendly and professional service. The interior was modern and fully equipped, with everything from a super comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with consistent hot water to high-quality amenities. The view from the room was also a plus, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and restaurant were all very well maintained. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a wide selection of menu options. The staff were always helpful and attentive to detail, making guests feel truly appreciated. It was my first time staying at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, and to be honest, I didn’t have high expectations at first—the building looked a bit dated from the outside. But wow, was I in for a surprise! The room turned out to be incredibly cozy, with just the right lighting to make it feel warm and relaxing. The breakfast spread was absolutely superb—my kids couldn’t get enough of it! What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely welcoming and attentive. For an uptown, 5-star hotel in Jakarta, this level of personalized service is a rare gem. I’m definitely coming back!
