IDR 200,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out Check-in time is 13:00. In case of early check-in before 13:00, 30% from room rates will be charged, payable upon check-in.
Check-out time is until 12:00. In case of late check-out after 12:00, 30% from room rates will be charged.
One child under 6 years old can stay for free using existing beds.
Extra person charge is IDR 150,000 per night when using existing bed.
Extra bed can be provided at IDR 250,000. Subject to availability at the time of check in.
The hotel lobby is being renovated until September 1, 2023.

Really nice place to spend your weekend! Nice air and everything are made of wood which create a very relaxing ambience and the staffs were also very helpful. Though there must be some improvement because the hot water only on in a very limited time.

Love love love Kalana Resort, highly recommended to stay here for family vacation or honeymoon. The room is big, clean, cozy and accommodate your need. The manager, Mr. Cepi is a great story teller and very nice to all guests. The staffs are very helpful, the food is good yet affordable. My suggestion for Kalana is to provide aroma therapy in every room and put electricity socket in the terrace so people can also work there while enjoying the beautiful view. And last thing, if you or your family is wheelchair user, you probably want to consider staying here because Kalana has a lot of stairs.

At first I was just hanging out at Warpat Puncak, instead I just opened the application for fun. Found a resort with a really aesthetic concept from the photos, the buildings are full of wood. Check-in at 3 am I thought you couldn't check-in at that time, but it turns out there was someone guarding the parking lot and he helped with the check-in process and so on, basically great, best service ππ». When I first entered, I was really wowed, I was surprised that it turned out to be better than in the photo ππ» starting from the lobby, exterior to inside the room, it was really great, so it wasn't in vain for the price of 1.8/night, recommended room anila 1, sunrise view in front of your eyes, basically ! Next time, hopefully we can come here again and try another room.

Previously, I had read the reviews, and indeed I have low expectations, so I have prepared my heart. But when I stayed overall everything was fine with me. The staff is very friendly. The food is very delicious. Some say the water dies at night, but when I stayed the water was no problem. Maybe because I stayed on a weekday. There are only 2 other rooms that are occupied, it's also invisible. So it's like your own hahaha. I stayed at Alula 7, it was really nice, the view was beautiful, especially when it was raining the better it tasted.

Speachless, small from the outside, when you go inside, wow. With a wooden aesthetic atmosphere. And the view is green. For my husband and I who are workers, this place is really quiet and there is no vehicle noise. Really worth it. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, smell good too. The staff is very friendly in their service. Simple but delicious 3 menu breakfast, 24 hour free coffee and tea. Next time I want to bring my family here. Thank you Kalana Resort for your holiday and service.
