Luas kamar oke, makanan standar, handuk tidak disediakan, dapat kamar AC tidak dingin, akhirnya pindah kamar. Staf hotel sih baik dan mau membantu, tapi memang perlu koordinasi satu dengan yang lain karena staf masih menanyakan pembayaran padahal sudah dibayar via website.

Extremely unfriendly stuff, uninterested when we came in, the just looked into their tv and said "no english" and "we are full" - there where more than 10 empty rooms. We had a prepaid booking, so we had to stay there! We had to show them the booking, because they don't want to look into their pc. We didn´t get towels - we think they just don't want to give some to us. Room smells like a smoking club. The bed linon wasn´t fresh. Don't book here!!!1
