Late check-in on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The front desk staff was responsive, and the room we received was an upgrade, on the 6th floor, which is still under renovation but still comfortable. Hopefully, the hallway on the 6th floor, which used to be a restaurant, will be finished next month and look tidier. Overall, very good.

Honestly, I was really surprised when I entered the superior room. The bed was still decent and spacious enough, but I found the toilet seat to be very clean. So I upgraded to an executive room, and the executive room itself was very nice, both spacious and very clean. My advice to this hotel is to improve its cleanliness immediately. I hope it stays clean, regardless of the room type. Thank you.

Honestly, I was sad to book a hotel room last month, intentionally to get a proper room for one person (queen bed), but when I checked in, I was still given a twin bed and the door was also difficult to open (had to be pushed down again). The bathroom was ordinary, there was a lot of crust on the floor and the walls were also cracked. Luckily, the friendly and kind staff helped me so the image of this hotel is NOT THAT BAD. The facilities should be improved so that it is not disappointing.

Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms. I've only just laid down and been bitten by insects, and it feels hot and itchy. The hotel is comfortable and close by.

The room was at the end of the building with a slightly damaged door that was difficult to open. The room wasn't soundproof. During my two-night stay, the room was cleaned without notice while I was away, which was quite disruptive to my privacy. The water wasn't hot, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling. We hope to improve the facilities and service in the future.

The water wasn't hot, neither the shower nor the tap. The hotel was close to a residential area. Breakfast at 7 a.m. wasn't a buffet.
