I really like it here, especially since there's a 24-hour cafe downstairs. The coffee is delicious. The rooms are okay, but in one room the AC isn't cold. The hot water sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Come on, come on, improve it.

The room's cleanliness could be improved. The sofa had holes in it, as if it had been stained with cigarette ash, even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom soap was minimal, only used once. It also smelled like hand soap.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Upon entering the room, there was an issue with the toilet flush not working, and it was immediately resolved. What made me move was the room wasn't very spacious. I booked a single bed and was given a double bed due to availability. The room wasn't soundproof, so conversations in the neighboring rooms could still be heard, which was disruptive.

The service is quite good, there is a drinking water dispenser on each floor, the room is quite clean even though the lights are not bright enough, the towels arrived late, only 1 pair of sandals, ordered 1 bed but suddenly changed to 2 beds, the soundproofing is not good because I heard the girls in the next room making noise.
