I stayed in room 306 (3rd floor). Honestly, the bathroom needs repair. The bathroom floor, toilet, and walls have a lot of old crusty stains. It also smells because there is no exhaust in the bathroom. But the hot water is smooth, soap, shampoo, towels, and toothbrushes are available. But the towels are no longer white but still smell good. You have to ask for a doormat downstairs. Another problem is that the AC is set on a timer so it will automatically turn off after a certain time. The hotel staff tried to change it but it still didn't work. I was offered a room change but it was a shame so I stayed there, for me it's a cold area so the room is still cool. Then access to the hotel is a bit in and out of the way so it's a bit difficult to find food because the hotel area is quiet. There is only 1 cafe in the hotel area. For those who like to go out for culinary, it's better not to stay here because it's a bit far to get to the main road and the road is up and down. It takes a while to get a Gojek or Grab.

Actually, this hotel would be great if it was well-maintained and clean. Because the location is strategic and the location is beautiful. But all the facilities in the room are very lacking. The sheets, pillowcases, and blankets look like they have never been washed, there are many yellow spots and they look shabby. Don't ask about the AC, it takes a long time to cool down and has to be set to 17 to feel it. The curtains are all torn, is there no intention to change them? There are no sandals either, only get 1 bottle of water to drink. The cleanliness of the bathroom is quite okay, but the toilet flush is hard to press, the shower water comes out a little but the water heater works well, there is a toothbrush, toothpaste and soap shampoo, there are towels too but I didn't use them because I wasn't sure they were clean so I bought my own towel at Borma and I used the towel I had as a doormat because there was no doormat either. The initial vibe when entering the room was already a bit unpleasant, especially if it was already nighttime. I also felt a horror but sorry I can't explain the details, you can feel it yourself if you still want to try booking after seeing this review. But in the morning the vibes were good, but when I wanted to go back at night it became uncomfortable. I stayed there for 2 days, I intended to immediately check out and move hotels in the morning but because it was a long Isra Miraj holiday, there were no other hotel options so I just held back. On the second day the room was also not cleaned by room service. Or was there even no room service? Even drinking water was not refilled. And the trash can was still like that, not taken and replaced with a new one. Well, overall, in my experience during my stay I was quite disappointed with the hotel even though the location was really good. Luckily I had a lot of activities outside the hotel so I didn't staycation with very lacking facilities. If asked whether I would go there again if I went to Bandung, definitely not. And sorry, it's not recommended either.

This is okay for the price, I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews but overall it's okay, comfortable and clean, no need to be afraid of scary reviews, there's nothing wrong at all lol. Suggestions can be improved in terms of facilities, can the pillows be replaced? The blankets too. Hehe. Overall it's okay and suitable for those who want a low budget vacation
