Untuk harga kamar dengan kamar yang di dapat sangat worth it sekali. Customer service untuk ukuran hotel melati seperti pelayanan bintang 5 terutama untuk receptionnya. Cuma untuk smoking room nya kalau bisa exhaust fan nya di cek karena asap masih mengepul even exhaust fannya sudah dinyalakan, tapi overall sangat memuaskan selama tinggal di sini. Terima kasih untuk Mbak dan Mas reception sudah sangat welcome, keep it up!

Fasilitas sesuai, tapi kebersihan lebih di tingkatkan, kasur bau apek, toilet bekas air keran yang kotor belum di bersihkan, air di wastafel tidak jalan, shower juga air ngalir tapi sangat sedikit (cuma netes).
