It was a nice staycation at Mambruk, believe I'll be back here again. The ambiance was so good, it isn't like a hotel but a cottage, I think. And they have private access to the beach, infinity pool, the restaurant, all staff were very nice.

I was willing to pay 4 million rupiah per night (2 rooms) to immortalize the moment with my little one, but suddenly the precious moment we experienced was very unsatisfactory. I came all the way to Anyer to take a photo with a mermaid, but my mermaid queue was always interrupted by other people and the staff could not work professionally and optimally. We waited in line for -/+ 30-40 minutes, which should only be 5-10 minutes, the staff always said (after this, it will be the father's turn to take the photo). Once and twice I was interrupted, I still waited, but for the third time I couldn't wait anymore, because the weather was getting hotter and hotter. Can you imagine how long my 6-month-old child had to wait? My child was crying non-stop (because of the heat, even though we were in the shade). Thank you for ruining our family moment that we really didn't expect.

I recently stayed at Mambruk Hotel and had a mixed experience during my visit. The property has several enjoyable facilities, especially the swimming pool and surrounding areas, which were pleasant for relaxation. The overall environment felt comfortable enough for a short getaway. However, there were several aspects that could be improved. The television in the room was not operating properly, and there was no smart TV available. Room service response time was also quite slow. After calling a few times to request assistance with the TV setting and to rent a hair dryer, the response was delayed. In addition, the waiting time at the restaurant was longer than expected. We waited for around one hour for our dinner, and the portion size felt relatively small compared to the price. The check-in process was slightly inconvenient due to a difference in the bed type stated on app and the hotel’s internal system. Although this issue was eventually resolved after some discussion, it made the arrival experience less smooth. Overall, while the facilities such as the swimming pool were enjoyable, the service consistency and room amenities could be improved. Based on this stay, the overall experience felt closer to a three-star standard rather than a four-star stay.

The atmosphere is nice, cozy and has a really nice private beach 🥰😍. The only downside is that breakfast and dinner are not very varied 🙏🏼. For dinner, you get a 200k discount per person, but I don't think it's worth it because the food is not very varied 🙏🏼.

I've actually stayed here twice. The first time was in the new building near the reception, which was great. It was close to the restaurant and swimming pool. The second time I booked, the room was bigger, but dirtier. The bedside lamp was very dusty. Even after I opened the bedcover, I found quite a bit of sand on the bed, which I don't know where it came from, and it was quite annoying for me and my baby. Access to the restaurant and swimming pool was also further away. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious, the facilities were okay, and the distance wasn't too far. I'll probably come back.
