I had good time during my two day stay at Manhattan Hotel Jakarta. I got a room that I wanted. The room and breakfast were OK. Love the swimming pool an the city view from my room. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Thank you.

very very love it, just book for executive room but I get free upgrade to Mars and Venus Suite room.. so amazing experience.. thank you Manhattan Hotel, we will back soon. but it's a unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the room, all I have is a beautiful ambience photo outside the windows.

For 1. 2Mio, its because the location, but. 1. Service - flat. 2. No feel welcome in hotel ambience. 3. Room need to refresh. 4. Hot water?. 5. Drain at washbasin not working properly. 6. Possibility AC compressor is still on even though you switch off the thermostat. 7. Breakfast lots of choices its good for the hotel, but none/ there is no human interaction from staff to the guest. 8. I ask for small duct tape, the operator need more than 30 minutes to call me back. The whole hotel doesn't have small duct tape. And with flat tone of voice said just have a big one and repeat that for 3 time. Its not for a big box shipping lol hehe. This hotel says 5 star hotel, may be because the product facilities, but all of it need to be refresh.

Staying at Manhattan Hotel Jakarta gave my wife and I a good experience, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was quite complete, lots of choices and satisfying. Yesterday I ordered an executive king but because I requested a city view, I was given a suite room upgrade without additional fee. Thank God for the blessings of the future baby brother and his mother who is celebrating her birthday. The service is really top. From entering the lobby to checking in until checking out everything was 5 stars. Approved! So I want to stay there again 🫶🏻⭐️5.
