Marciella Hotel

Comfy, friendly staffs, clean bathroom but once faced tap water problem, there's dressing table in the room, simple breakfast. Worth it for such an affordable prices.

I have no problem with the old building until in the middle of the night around 11 pm until 3 am, I can smell burning trash and smoking smell. The smell was non stop and I really can't stand with those smell, so I became sick and hard to sleep. Also, I could find some hairs in the bathroom which was disgusting. The bathroom was dark so it might be uncomfortable for some people. The waiter and waitress were also unfriendly and they smoked in front of the guest which's inappropriate. Poor WiFi, we must use our own data package. Very far from our expectation (the photos were fine, but you have to come and see it on your own!)

Friendly hotel staff, rooms according to price, clean, fragrant, the breakfast menu is also delicious, especially boiled vermicelli. So far everything is okay 👍

Strategic location, clean rooms, friendly staff, warm water only available in the morning, free wifi but it doesn't reach our room because of its position at the back. Sorry I didn't have time to take photos at the hotel.

2 days (2 rooms in numbers 301 & 302) staying at Marciella Hotel, the following is the rating: - Bathroom: 4/5 (don't know why the bathroom in 301 feels stuffy & more humid than in room 302. Could you please explain, team? - Bedroom: 3.4/5 (okay, but the floor is a bit non-slippery 🥲 until you have to borrow a broom, dustpan & dustpan. Oh yes, for blankets it's actually okay, it just smells a bit musty? 😐 the window on 301 is broken when 😑 so I bought a small baygon to prevent flies, mosquitoes or other types of insects from entering) - Breakfast: 3.5/5 (standard for 'feel-homey' food 😋 for fried rice, nasi uduk, and vermicelli with delicious soup - just a bit salty for the broth for this vermicelli but still edible! 🤣😅) - Location: 4/5 (really easy to find, close to Rumah Mode, restaurants, and friends, only going to the minimarket is a bit difficult so you have to use the vehicle again, that's all the minuses) - Wifi: 2/5 (sorry, only a few cellphones can connect to wifi, the rest are a bit difficult hehehehe sad🥲) - Check-in process: 4/5 (okay, I checked-in at 1 pm and was allowed to enter, but the room was still being cleaned up a bit so I had to wait about 2-3 minutes. But they withheld the KTP according to the name of the customer) Suggestion: - Room rates for the night are okay. only added extra compliments (like tea, coffee, cups & teapots in each room, the problem is if for example you want to cook pop-noodles or just brew a hot drink, it's a bit difficult because you have to go to the cafe at the back and it's located a bit far). Will I re-visit again? Yes, but with better performance & service, of course. My overall rating is 4/5. Thank you Marciella Hotel team :)

The service is standard, the room is pretty clean, minus the dirty toilet glass, maybe it's been a long time. beautiful. Calm. Worth it for the price of 350 thousand. It's a shame they don't provide a baby chair.

According to the price. The location is quite strategic, the hotel facilities are quite good, the rooms and hotel environment are clean and comfortable. It's just that the lighting in the room I stayed in was a bit lacking. Breakfast is served per portion and tastes delicious.

Cheap, clean hotel and the food is simple but delicious

I stayed 3 days at this hotel, the first room was very cramped, I finally moved to the second room, it was worth it at that price and I got breakfast, the environment was beautiful and clean. Strategic location, lots of snack food outside. The important thing is that even though the hotel is old, it's not scary. Next time I will come here again
