Tidak sesuai gambar. Very. Very. Bad, sangat menyesal tidak akan nginep lagi di situ. Kamar kotor tidak ada peralatan apapun. Ac tidak ada fungsinya. Deposit pula 200rb hadeh

The bathroom light and blower didn't turn on. The tv remote cannot be used. No towels, dirty bed linen.

At this hotel the service is lacking, satisfying after paying the key deposit we were told to find our own room in the room, no drinking water, no towels, I asked customer service, he said later he would be delivered until I checked out there were no towels and finally I took a shower without a towel after I handed over the key and I reprimanded the customer service he just said he hadn't been delivered from the laundry. Does this hotel not have a stock of towels, please improve the quality, don't disappoint guests who stay.
