The hospitality was very good, the hotel staff quick respond to our inquiry and request, The ambience was good, The facility (foot spa, vvip pool, foodcourt, etc) even-though located in others area its still reachable in just a minute.. How ever the food taste was average, I would recommend stay at this hotel for such an exiting experience.. stay at glamour camp, bbq at the night, natural hot spring bath, etc... you need to get this excitement at least once in your life time.. Definitely I will back again with my family..

The atmosphere was very comfortable, with free hot tub facilities, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The downside was that the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working.

The natural atmosphere is okay, mountain standard, the front office is very disappointing, offering an additional bracelet price of 125 thousand/person which includes tourist tickets, breakfast, extra bed, once in the room I asked for an extra bed to be installed then the housekeeper explained that the extra bed was not included and explained everything in the front desk at check in is not included, the additional bracelet is only for tourist tickets 🤦🏻‍ ♂, I was happy to return the extra bracelet again, when I entered the tent I was immediately greeted by lots of big flies on the terrace, like there was no pest control.
