For a hotel priced at 1 million, the quality of a hotel like Mercure is shocking, the room is not very clean, dirty, peeling paint, small room, hard mattress, dim lights, we stayed in room 238, our shower head did not work properly, breakfast was so-so, but it was offset by the friendliness of the staff, but please improve or lower the price, other hotels around are bigger, cleaner, cheaper.

Come during Nyepi Day, and just a short walk away you can see the ogoh-ogoh performance. There's a shuttle service to the beach. Excellent service. Strategic location. Complete facilities.

I arrived at night, and the staff was quite prompt in checking me in. The elevator was small, and the hallway leading to my room was a bit dark. The room was standard-sized and fairly clean. Breakfast had little variety, but the taste could be improved.

Stayed on my first day in Bali. Upon arrival at night, the staff was responsive. The hotel isn't very large, with a small elevator. The rooms are standard, with adequate soundproofing. Late dinner at the restaurant was quiet, expensive, and tasteful. The waitress didn't really understand the menu. Breakfast was standard, with limited variety.

The team provided excellent hospitality, but the facilities, especially the rooms, are in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the bed sheets in our room felt not clean, causing my husband and me to feel itchy. Despite this, it was a good stay overall given the affordable price.

Room 227 The electric kettle was broken, there was no spoon in the room so we had to use a new toothbrush to stir the sugar, and the balcony was very dirty, the toilet flush was clogged. In short, just one stay here. Bye Mercure

The room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, it is not soundproof. But during the stay there, I felt at home and slept soundly. It's a shame to walk from the lobby to the front gate if it's too dark at night. If it's morning or evening, there's no problem.
